Terms & Conditions
• Registration fee is RM30.00Membership is valid for 2 years, Membership will be automatically renewed with accumulated purchases of products worth of RM1,000 or more within 2 years. Otherwise, the subsequent renewal will be charged at RM15.00 for 2 years.
• For physical card user, the member should notify Mamours immediately on a lost or stolen Membership Card. RM15.00 is chargeable for the replacement of the lost or damaged card. And, for In card user, the member should log in to the web portal and amend the changes for any change of personal profile.
• All Mamours Club members will automatically become members of the InCard App member.
• Mamours has the right to terminate a Membership without notice if the member abuse privilege accorded to the Member under the Programme. Termination of Membership will result in forfeiture of remaining Points in a Member’s Account.
• The Card is not transferable – it is for the personal use of the person who owns the Card.
• Discounts are not applicable for purchase of best buy/value items, gift voucher, selected packages/promotions, sales, delivery and service charges,
• All cardmembers, upon presentation of the Card at any MAMOURS shop, will earn 1 Mamours point for every RM1.00 spent at the Shop, based on the amount payable in cash/credit. Accumulated Mamours points will be converted into instant cash rebate value and redeemable for the following brand Peg Perego, Quinny, Maxi-Cosi, Safety 1st, Bebeconfort, Mima, Foppapederetti, and Luciole. So, the more points you have collected, the higher your cash rebate value. 1 Mamours point is equivalent to RM0.01.
• The pint will be awarded only when the card is presented to the cashier upon transaction. Failure to do so will result in no point awarded for the amount spent.
• Mamours points are non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash.
• Additional Mamours bonus points may be earned on specific promotions in accordance with the terms of those promotions.
• Member’s personal data will be used to process the membership subscription marketing, statistical and analytical purposes. Members will receive membership communications from time to time. We will not sell, share, or otherwise distribute the member’s personal data to third parties.
• Mamours reserves the right to amend any terms and conditions as it deems fit at any time without prior notice. Mamours membership is subject to cancellation without prior notice. In case of such cancellation, Mamours will not be liable for any inconvenience arising and no argument will be entertained.
• Please allow 7 working days for the activation of membership.
