In the throwaway society nowadays, we believe many of us still try to maintain and keep what we have, therefore we are happy to offer a special product washing and maintenance service for those in need. With our product washing and maintenance” service, you will be sure that your stroller and car seat are always been kept in clean and good working conditions for as long as possible. Our product washing and maintenance service includes.

  • Send your old or dirty products to our customer services center.

  • make payment to our customer services counter.

  • Receives your products in 7 working days.

Terms & Conditions of Product Washing & Servicing

  • Product servicing is an additional service offered by Mamours to customers. It is not the warranty coverage.

Cost

  • RM50 for washing only
  •  RM40 for servicing includes removal/cleaning / replenish lubricate / assembly of wheel and bearing
  • RM90 for complete service, including washing and servicing
  • Customers are required to send the stroller/car seat to our Customer Service Centre for product servicing purposes.
  • Product servicing normally takes approximately 7 working days.

  • Buy any stroller or car seat from Mamours and the authorized retailer, receive a free ticket of Product Washing & Maintenance now!
